Tzkrti is an online Ticketing Platform for Arabic Speaking Communities Worldwide. It is an all-in-one platform designed for ticketing management and creating unforgettable experiences. We provide advanced solutions for issuing and promoting tickets easily and professionally for various events, including concerts, theater performances, festivals, and cultural activities.

 

Just head to tzkrti.com, find the event you love, and follow the steps to book your ticket. You’ll get your e-ticket by email once the payment is complete.

It’s your digital entry pass. Every e-ticket has a unique QR code that is scanned at the event entrance. Show it on your phone or print it, both work at the door.

If you're new to Tzkrti, fill out the {Organize an Event form}. Once approved, you’ll get access to your own account to create and manage your events directly. Once your event is published, attendees can purchase tickets directly through our website.

Yes! If you're an approved organizer, you can now create and publish your event without needing to call or email. Just log into your account and follow the new event flow.

Concerts, festivals, workshops, lectures, theater performances, screenings, and more. We don’t allow content that’s discriminatory, illegal, or harmful. We reserve the right to remove any events that violate our terms or applicable laws.

Absolutely. You can create Early Bird, Tiered Pricing, or even upload your own seating map. Our system supports sequential ticket release too, so you can set it and let it flow.

We accept major credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and other local methods depending on your region. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your information's safety.

All sales are final within 7 days before the event. Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Check our Terms of Use for more info.

Note: A cancellation fee applies, as per the Consumer Protection Law.

Double-check the OTP you entered. Ensure there are no extra spaces or incorrect characters.

OTPs are usually valid for a limited time (e.g., 5-10 minutes). If it's expired, request a new one.

If the OTP is still not working, try requesting a new one from the service you're using. Most platforms have a "Resend OTP" option.

Make sure your device has a stable internet connection. Sometimes delays in receiving the OTP are due to network issues.

Clear Cache or Use Incognito Mode:

If you’re using a browser, try clearing your cache or using Incognito/Private browsing mode.

If you’re receiving the OTP via email, ensure it hasn’t been delayed. Look for any delays in your messaging service.

If possible, try entering the OTP on a different device or browser.

If the issue persists, reach out to the platform's support team for further assistance.
