Hildashaus e.V. is a Berlin-based non-profit working with and for FLINTA* individuals aged 40+ from the global majority who have experienced displacement, primarily from hard-to-reach groups facing intersecting and structural forms of discrimination  including racism, sexism, ageism, ableism, linguistic exclusion and religious discrimination.

Through an intersectional, community-based, holistic, participatory and culturally sensitive approach that lowers barriers to access and overcomes language obstacles, we respond to the multidimensional realities of our community members, nurturing restorative wellbeing, fostering social cohesion and community care, and building pathways toward sustainable livelihoods.
