Bayat Choir was founded in 2006 in the village of Mi’ilya, located in the Upper Galilee region of northern Palestine. The choir began performing on stage in 2007, presenting exquisite musical pieces to an audience that cherishes this unique style of mountainous melodies and authentic Arabic music.Bayat Choir has consistently delivered outstanding Lebanese performances in particular and Arabic music in general. It embarks on a journey through our timeless songs, capturing the beauty of melodies and poetry from the Arab world. These masterpieces, composed and sung by pioneering artists from the Arab world who were centuries ahead of their time, have retained their exceptional artistic quality and sophistication.
