"The Lover", a musical play composed of poetic and prose texts by the great poet Mahmoud Darwish.

It expresses, through singing, acting and movement, the poet's relationship and presence in several essential places in his life: the village of Al-Barwa, Haifa, Beirut, Paris, the West Bank..
The possibilities of musical theater and its various means allowed us to present in this show the enchanting poetry of Mahmoud Darwish with its beauty and depth, and its unlimited Palestinian and human national dimensions..
From the lyrical to the dramatic to the epic, "The Lover" takes us with him on a journey of birth, love, sacrifice, struggle, death, the dream of return and the anthem of life...
